The challenge
The dashboard showed everything and prioritized nothing. Operators scanned twelve charts to answer one question, and important anomalies went unnoticed for hours.
Approach

- 02Designed a summary-first layout that surfaces exceptions before detail.
- 03Introduced a consistent chart language — shared scales, colour, and emphasis.
- 04Added state to the UI so critical values read at a glance, not by reading.

Operators found the number they needed in seconds, and the new alerting surfaced issues while they were still small.
